Noticed that this mixer with glass bowl has one beater while the Artisan has three beaters. Does this mean that the Artisan works with three beaters at once or that there are two extra beaters included? What difference will this make in performance? null

Every kitchenaid stand mixer made in the past 45 years uses one beater attachment at a time. This comes with 3 attachments. Paddle mixer (spatula edge), whisk, and dough hook. Artisan has a 325 watt electric motor versus the 300 watt here. We have worked with both. There is no appreciable difference in performance.

I purchased this Model: KSM105GBCMC...which is the one with the glass bowl...if you are asking about it...it does come with all 3 attachments...the whipper, the mixer with scraper paddle and the dough hook... I love this Mixer...I did a lot of research and this is the one I purchased and Best Buy had the very best price...
