• The Artisan is 400 watts and the Professional is 500 Watts. If you want the mixer for standard cake and cookie mixes then the Artisan will get the job done but if you want the mixer for heavier mixes such as bread dough or sugar cookie dough you will want the professional. We also use ours for grinding meats and making homemade sausages and for homemade noodles. I apologize that I don't have the dimensions but they do take up a bit of space and are to heavy for moving around.

• Slightly larger than dimensions specified (doesn't fit under our 16.75 in cabinet). Wattage of mixer delivered to us is also greater than the spec'd 450 W (delivered mixer is 525 W).
