“I have a kitchen aid model no KG25HOXER when I lift the bowel it hits the beater before the bowel will lock. I have tried other beaters but no difference”

The screw facing the bowl, behind the "Bowl lift bracket" is the adjustment for bowl travel~ I believe counter clockwise, to raise, clockwise to lower~ 1/4 turn at a time~ You'll get it~ Just evertime you adjust, click the bowl back in, and raise it with the paddle it~ That is the measure!
