Hi Cookie, The stand mixer will not peel Butternut squash. KitchenAid does offer an attachment for the stand mixer that will peel fruits and vegetables.

Hi Cookie, The stand mixer will not peel Butternut squash. KitchenAid does offer an attachment for the stand mixer that will peel fruits and vegetables.
