• I have used the same attachments on both tilt head and lift bowl versions. I believe that they are interchangeable. The parts that are not are the bowls and perhaps some of the beaters.

• All of the attachments that use the front hub of the stand mixer are universal on all KitchenAid stand mixers. This also includes the ice cream maker attachment and precise heat mixing bowl.
