Kitchenaid was a very bad experience for me, which I just replaced in only 4 years. Yo0u best keep on their backs, because you will be where I am, replacing my dishwasher in 4 years because so many things have broken that I do not feel like pouring any money in to fixing this obviously sub-par machine.
