Yes, it works with any Yamaha receiver

Yep, you can actually run 2 with that receiver its a 7.2 meaning 2 subs, just plug and play where it says Subwoofer on the back

It's a self powered subwoofer. It will work with any stereo. It's got great deep bass and sounds awesome.

Yes, as long as it has (and by pics it looks as if it does) an RCA output. You may have to tell your receiver that a sub was hooked up in the on screen menu
