There are 4 post so you can run bi amps. If you only have 1 receive just hook up to 1 set of black and red prongs. There is a piece of metal that was installed at the factory that has both red and both black connected together. If you have 2 amps remove the piece of metal. You can essentially hook 1 amp up to the tweeters and pump out a lot of power through them and hook another amp up to the other set of prongs and power the subs.

Please try again later.Your only suppose to use two you can use either the top or bottom to use all four is for bi amping and just letting you know if you decide to bi amp make sure you take the two gold plates out or you would and I repeat you would blow your receiver out the gold plates are to turn the four in to two the top is the highs and the bottom for the lows
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you look closely you'll see 2 connectors from the top to the bottom posts. I looked this up on you tube doesn't matter top or bottom just dont remove the metals jumpers. I have my R28F's hooked up to the top you will not miss out on any sound .

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is a bridge in between the 2 sets of terminals. You can hook to either set for single amp setup or remove the bridge for bi amp. I just have my wires going to the bottom on each speaker. I would look up how to bi amp on YouTube for more information.
