• No is not a subwoofer it is a blue tooth speaker .

• This is a stand-alone Bluetooth speaker, and cannot be used in conjunction with an AV receiver.

• I would not recommend this as it’s meant to be a more well rounded speaker than a subwoofer would be. P.S. it’s not good at that either.
