• no there is another attachment that will turn veggies into noodles. Technically you could do it if you cut the veggies thin enough. Its suited for dough

• No it doesn't. Or at least I wouldn't try. You may damage the attachment or make juice instead. You could cook your veggies and add to the pasta dough.

• No. This attachment does NOT shred. It rolls/flattens the dough after it's been made, and then cuts it into fettuccini or spaghetti noodles. There is another attachment for the kitchenaid that does though!!
