“I purchased my case yesterday & when I use it I flip it all the way back (like a book) will this wear out or tear @ the spine?”

I have just used it for a month, so far the case is good. Not sure on the long run usage.

I had mine on for 10 months with heavy flap use. It never tore or anything although it did kinda slightly deform on the spine at the bottom from creasing but it wasn't noticable. I'd say you can safely go wild with flapping.

That is probably true. I don't think the spine is that robust.

I've had this case for a while now and then experience no issues whatsoever with the spine.
