“The box states you can control music if you download the Samsung music app but I have tried to no avail. Anyone figure know how?”

I don't know about the Samsung music app, but I was able to control the Apple Music app on the note 9 with this case.. So I know it's not just the Samsung music app itself that can be controlled. I really think it's more of a feature of the phone that is available to the case itself.. but I could be wrong there.

Please try again later.If you hit the power button on the side of the phone to light up the LED case, you should see media player controls on the LED case (Back, Play/Pause, Forward). Works great for me without issue, but you do need to light up the LEDs on the case with the power button in order to interact with the media player. Also works with other media players, I use the SiriusXM app and it works great with that as well.
