• The only way to loose access to your stored crypto is if you loose your personal keys. Make two copies and store them in two safe & different locations.

• Nope since this is cold storage, it is meant to be taken offline. You only need this to access your crypto address(es). Or else it will store this offline, and nobody can touch your crypto, no matter what happens.
