You can find more details on these apps here - https://www.ledger.com/ledger-wallets-and-services However, before you can access these third party apps, you will need to get access to a computer (Windows, macOS or Ubuntu) or a smartphone (iOS or Android) to connect to Ledger Live and finalize the set up of your Nano X.
