“Defect on Dell Battery I bought a Lenmar-Battery for Dell Latitude D500/D600 and Inspiron 500M/600M Series Laptops-LBDLLD5CL-SKU: 9047514 in December. The battery worked fine for a couple of months but now it is not charging and has not fully charged in the past month. It is now just blinking a light when I try to turn on my laptop. I have taken the battery out and let it sit leaving it alone for a while. Then I plugged it back in and it is still blinking a light. (the laptop not turning on.) What can I do to fix this problem?”

In order for us to indicate what the issue is with your battery, please return the battery back to us so our Technician may test it. Please visit www.lenmar.com, under the “service and support “ tab fill out the warranty and returns form. We will be happy to replace your unit if it is malfunctioning.
