• Hi Nik, The refresh rate on this laptop is 165hz. With overdrive enabled in the Lenovo Vantage software you will get as low as 3ms response times so super smooth gaming for sure. Hope this helps!

• 165hz or 60hz that can be switched back and forth with Function Key and letter "R".
