How difficult is it to upgrade the RAM? null

Once you get the bottom cover off (screws and plastic clips around the perimeter that need to be released) the RAM is easily accessible under a heat shield in the center of the laptop. It comes with one 8GB DIMM with an open space to add a second one. There are Youtube videos that will walk you through the process step by step.

It is only as difficult as it is to open the laptop case...which is difficult. One you get the laptop open upgrading the ram is a breeze.
