Hello, Bardo. The CPUs between these two models (both featuring an Intel Core i9-14900HX) have the same TDP. The fan noise is quieter with the Legion 7 versus the Legion Pro due to the fans having a heightened focus on cooling with the Legion Pro's higher TDP graphics card.
