Yes. The Lenovo Legion T5 28IMB05 90NU Desktop ships with a standard, wired keyboard and mouse.

It does come with a keyboard and mouse. However, they feel, look and are likely very cheap. I'd recommend budgeting some money for a better keyboard and mouse if you buy this PC. It's a great PC so far though! I have the i7-9700F GTX 1660Ti version with 16GB of RAM. And yes, this version does have the RGB fans and clear side panel!
