• Did you make sure the plug the hdmi cable into the gpu and not the motherboard? the 6700xt has a hdmi plugin port. Also, your monitor should also support a displayport cable. So i suggest getting a displayport cable to connect from your monitor to your gpu.

• I also had this issue and cannot find the HDMI plugin for this computer despite what the other answer said. The specs also do not mention an HDMI port.
