“I have this exact setup with 16GB of memory. I tried upgrading the memory with 16GB additional DDR5 memory. The system goes into a boot loop. It only works with the memory it came with. That too is capped at 4400. Not sure how to upgrade for 3D work”

Hi, Toronto. We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your T5i. To resolve this, we recommend ensuring that you're running the latest BIOS available. You can do so by searching via the Lenovo Support website, or by going into the Lenovo Vantage application that may be on your Legion. Upon reaching the home screen of the Vantage app, select the Check For Updates button. This should search for and apply the latest BIOS update for your system, correcting the issue you are experiencing. There is a possibility that you may have to go into the system BIOS to configurable and enable XMP, and if you are not comfortable doing so, we recommend reaching out to Lenovo Support directly for help.
