Yes you can. I switch between my Xbox one and PC. I think its better than playing on a standard TV. This has gaming monitor response times. Which is 7ms which is unnoticeable.

There should be no problem using this monitor as your screen so long as your game console is compatible with the connectors on the monitor.

I suppose you could since it has an HDMI cord but it's a little small if you are buying it just for playing x-box. I would think you could get a much larger TV for the same price.
