You would need a converter for the cables. This only have an HDMI and VGA cable. You would have to get a HDMI to thunderbolt if you have something like a newer iMac.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yeah i don't see why not. as long as it has an hdmi port or vga output it will display on the monitor.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Lenovo website says windows only however I purchased 2 and they both worked as a second monitor for both a 2012 Mac Mini (HDMI to HDMI) and a 2009 21 inch iMac (mini DisplayPort to HDMI) both running El Capitan 10.11.5. Downloaded the color profile file contained in LI2264d Driver file and renamed lenli2264d.icm (.icm for windows) to lenli2264d.icc (.icc for Mac) and placed in the /Library/ColorSync/Profiles folder and selected that profile in System Preferences->Displays->Color. The Mac Mini primary monitor is a Lenovo 21.5 inch model LI2221s and the picture color/quality appear identical. The iMac colors and this monitor don't match that well however with some adjustments they were close enough for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, this system is not compatible with the MAC system.
