Hey, first, yes, although it depends on what degree of complexity you're dealing with when it comes to CAD projects and possible plug-ins / add-ons you may need to use as well. Based on the system requirements for the latest AutoCAD software, a system with 32GB of memory and 6-8GB of graphics memory is recommended. Second, you'd be limited to two external displays, as since this system doesn't feature an integrated graphics processor, and you'd be driving each display from the dedicated graphics card.
