• No. The height of the Lenovo Q24i-10 Monitor is not adjustable. The screen will tilt forward to a plus 5-degrees and backward to a minus 22-degrees. The height of the monitor is 17.11 in. to the top of the monitor from where the base sits on the surface it will be placed on.

• No but you could set the monitor on a table of any height you want. That should help you.
