I bought a Yoga 14 and this case is way too tight. I almost cannot get the ultra book out of the case. Too afraid to damage the computer, I returned the case.

Flap magnet on this sleeve case will not stay in closed position with current Yoga 14 model (Yoga 14 20FY0002US) which also shares a form factor with the Yoga 460. I cannot speak for the previous 2014-2015 Yoga 14 in your link. Try test fitting at the store?
