“I just purchased an open box satisfactory one for $15 less. was told only non essential items missing. After installation found out the grease filters and metal rack are also missing (about $60). Can I pick them up at the store or get discount to buy'em?”

The grease filters (Part # 5230W1A012B or Part # 5230W1A012E) and the metal rack for the LG 1.7 cu. ft.
