It comes with the wall mounting plate, and several toggle bolts for drywall. It also comes with some exhaust vent adapters but we didn't use them - ours is set up for the default "vent into the room" mode.

Yes, the unit has a mounting kit. The duct work is for standard vent installation. To vent the unit outside, you will need a separate kit. ^Daphane
