“It tells in the Specs. that the turntable has an off and on feature. Mine doesn't have one...Very misleading..I feel that I paid for the on off feature..Can i get a reduced price because of that...Please help..Thank you..”

• Did you really buy this microwave just for that feature? If so open the microwave take the glass plate and the roller it sits on out. Put the glass plate back in with your food. Now it won’t spin.
