It seems all of these new microwave units die too quickly with <1 yr lifespan. So frustrating to research. Is it true for this model too? null

After 13 months, my LG microwave started making a loud noise when it rotated. One month past the manufacturers one year warranty! I bought a new LG which is the same model but purchased a two year warranty that covers anything that may go wrong.

You are so right the first unit that I had died in less than one year and thank god the paperwork that I printed out said a two year warranty they didn't want to honor it but they did.

Yes we have a 50 year old radar range still runs like new but the Panasonic nice inverter stainless steel one died in no time. Last Panasonic I ever buy
