A:AnswerMy cabinets are also 11" deep (which used to be standard depth for upper cabinets, now 12") and I have the LG microwave and it's fine. Check out my pictures. Our last house was a new build and the microwave was installed exactly the same way with a little sticking out, so it's fine. They don't have to match up evenly.
A:AnswerSame this here although it stopped working a year after purchase. LG sent a third party repair company (which took several weeks) and they completely replaced all the wiring. Luckily, it was within the warranty. Now it just quit working again. I’m thinking this was a $400 mistake. We bought an LG fridge and dishwasher at the same time. The fridge quit working last year, took 3 months for them to come fix it. The dishwasher is now shorting out. We are done with LG.
