“I connected my sound bar by optical cable the soud bar works ok controlled by Mag 254 remote but keeps turning off and i also cannot get any sound from my wirless sub woffer . what am i doing wrong not happy it is new from shop only last week. help .”

Hello, I've had a similar issue with a Samsung soundbar. I returned it and got the LG soundbar instead and it works perfect. If possible, I suggest getting a different brand for it might make a difference depending on your TV.
