I own this sound bar and a Hisense-65" Class-LED-H6500F and when I connect via optic or bluetooth the volume is very low even at max power. TV speakers are louder. I connected sound bar to iPhone and it works great. Any suggestions to fix problem please? null

Obviously your tv needs replaced.
