• Depends on the way your room is set up. We purchased 2 soundbars for 2 tvs, both setups provide quality sound! Room 1 is a 10x20 sq ft open area living room with high vaulted ceilings. The soundbar sits on top of the tv, tv sits on top of a tv stand, and we placed the bass in between the tv stand and a bookcase. Room 2 is a closed family room about 10x20 sq ft. Our couch sits about 17ft away from the tv & soundbar, we placed the bass behind the couch, against the corner wall.

• I put the subwoofer behind us so you get a surround sound.

• I just put mine beside the entertainment center and it faces out to living room.

• You can place the sub anywhere you want! All it does is provide the bass tones. I have mine on the floor, while the tv is up on a stand and speaker bar in front of the tv.
