Use only one vent, block the other vent.

Hi, We cannot see any photos but if this is a roof vent- The oven is located on an outside wall near the
roof: 3 1/4" x 10" duct or minimum 6" diameter round duct. • If you choose the rear exhaust method (roof venting or wall venting), be sure there is enough clearance within the wall for the exhaust duct.
