“Can this unit be installed with no side or back clearance for air circulation”

• This unit creates cold, but also generatesheat in the back. It needs to go somewhere. I'd be very concerned about eventual damage to the fridge over time.

• The recommended installation clearance spacing of 2" for the back and 1/8" for sides and 1" for the top for the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 21.8 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator - Stainless Steel, Model # LFCS22520S are necessary for the electrical connection and the water line connection. They also are necessary for airflow around the refrigerator to ensure proper ventilation for it.
