“Just received today. Reading manual not sure about making the Craft Ice. Do you obtain by holding the freezer button? And, is the Craft Ice available in the freezer drawer below?”

Yes hold the freezer button for like 10 seconds or until you see the picture of ice cubes. It has 3 or 6. I hit the 6. It only produces about 3 cubes every 24 hours. I don’t know why! Yes, the Craft ice comes our in a smaller square container in the freezer below.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Craft Icemaker is in the freezer. The icemaker begins producing ice approximately 48 hours after the appliance is initially installed. The first batches of ice may not be round and clear. The Craft Ice icemaker produces 1 batch of round ice (3 pieces) at a time. Touch any button on the control panel to activate it. Press the Freezer button repeatedly to toggle between the 3 ICE and 6 ICE modes. After 5 seconds of idle time, the last mode set will be saved, and the display will return to normal.
