I bought these monitors and every so often they go black and then turn. I’m again. I turned off the energy saver mode because of this and it’s still doing it. What can I do to make it stop? It’s driving me crazy null

My old one did this but it turned out to be the HDMI port.

Hello, This type of issue usually occurs when the power cord is loose or the Monitor isn't receiving proper ventilation. Is the unit's power cord securely plugged-in to both the back of the Monitor and an electrical outlet? Plug the unit securely into an electrical outlet.
