“I bought these monitors and every so often they go black and then turn. I’m again. I turned off the energy saver mode because of this and it’s still doing it. What can I do to make it stop? It’s driving me crazy”

My old one did this but it turned out to be the HDMI port.

Is the unit's power cord securely plugged-in to both the back of the Monitor and an electrical outlet? Plug the unit securely into an electrical outlet.
