“I purchased this fridge a year ago and have yet to get a craft ice ball that is completely spherical. All of them are about 90% spherical with a flat top on them. Is this normal? Is there an adjustment to be made? My water pressure is 32 psi.”

Did they reply with the amount of food in the Fridge can effect the roundness of the ice? Come on. --- My Fridge does the same thing, with Death Star looking craft ice. (Can't call them balls, they aren't round all the way around.)
