• Mine was very slow at making the craft ice balls. It took a while to build up a supply. I use the regular cubed ice until The craft ball ice build up a supply. I have a supply now so it’s able to keep up with my demand of use

• The craft ice is slow at being produced. I looked in the ThinQ app and there is no setting for Craft Ice Plus. LQAnswers is WRONG!
