“The freezer doesn't freeze too well. Turned it up a little higher and the items on the top shelf are not frozen solid. on the bottom shelf it freezes well. Moved things for better circulation, still doesn't help”

defrost refrigerator, clean or replace bottom door seal (gray plastic) and make sure the rollers working.
