I don't feel heat being generated.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You shouldn’t notice any difference in temperature released from this refrigerator compared to any refrigerator they have had in the past. Any time that the refrigerator doors are opened and room temperature groceries are added the heat that enters the refrigerator has to be released. The heat is released through the condenser coils. The heat released from the condenser coils is usually about 80-90 degrees. This can feel warmer if the unit does not have adequate clearance requirements behind the unit. The amount of heat released is dependent upon the amount of times/time the doors are opened and the temperature of the items placed inside the unit. Dirty condenser coils will cause the unit not to be able to effectively remove heat from the unit and will cause the evaporator coil to have less ability to absorb heat resulting in a 10-15 degree difference between set and actual temperature. ^CP
