• Yes, it is a smart TV and has a web browser. The D-pad on the supplied remote is used to navigate the pages. The easiest way is to plug in a wireless or wired mouse, and it acts just like the smart remote, for all functions including web browsing. Add a wireless or wired keyboard and there is little you can't do. I'm referring to wireless via the USB receiver, not BT, which I have not tried, but my impression is most BT KB and mice do not work.

• You can browse the Internet. The connection is wifi or wired. The remote doesn't have a pointer, but it is much easier to control than it first appears.
