How can I look at the "manual" when I do not have the TV? There is no manual on the internet either. I got an LG 22 inch TV but roku does not recognize it, and thus, cannot control the TV. That is why I asked this question. The 22 inch TV does not have the CEC function either. It seems LG does not even understand the issue.....

Please contact ROKU or refer to your owner's manual to determine whether or not the remote is programmable to other devices such as your TV. ^Daphane
