• No, the TV has Wi-Fi connectivity to allow you to connect to your home network but you cannot access the internet using the TV. ^Daphane

• Not directly through WiFi, but you can purchase something like a not too expensive Cromecast (BestBuy, Amazon etc.) and hook it up to the TV (via an HDMI port), then everything that you can watch in your Google Crome Browser on the laptop, or some other crome based browser like Vivaldi etc., can be "cast" to your TV through your WiFi in your home.
