“When I change the volume a voice comes on to say what volume number it is. How do I get the voice off ?”

• The Audio Guidance for the LG 24 Inch Class HD Smart TV (23.6'' Diag), Model # 24LM520S-WU that announces the status (Channel, Volume changes) by voice can be turned off from within the settings menu on the TV. You will find it under 'Accessibility' on the TV, Settings > Accessibility > Audio Guidance...^IFV
