Regrettably, without knowing any details about your what the security footage is being streamed from, we cannot determine if it will work with the LG 24 Inch Class HD Smart TV (23.6'' Diag), Model # 24LM520S-WU. If it is of any help to know, there is an F-Type, 75-Ohm, coaxial connector in the back of the TV that is labeled "Antenna/Cable In" that you could connect a coaxial cable to is that is the cable wire that you have. It would help to know more details about the system you are using to determine if or how well it will work with the TV...^IFV
