“I recently purchased this smart TVs only to learn it is NOT a smart TVs. I can’t get to some internet based apps. Am I able to access Pluto which has live news channels and many other regular shows. Also the tv opens on the tv which I do not have.”

• Unfortunately, this TV does not run on LG's webOS TV Platform and it does not have preinstalled apps nor the capability to download and install apps. I do not understand that other issue, please clarify. ^Daphane

• It is a smart TV. You need to go through the menu and use the input key to help find what you are looking for.
