“Hi I just bought this monitor for my kid. The I fea was to connect it to the Xbox he has and everything would work great. Only the hdmi I have connected in the Xbox and monitor is not displaying a picture. Do I need additional cords or connectors???”

Check your HDMI speed specs on your cord. Some HDMI's are more of a one way rather than a two-way information interface. make sure you have the two-way HDMI so the Hz (processing speed of the refresh rate processor) in the TV can sync well with the signal your xbox is outputting into it.

There is a little button at the bottom of the monitor. If you click that you should see the input selections.
