“I am using this monitor with a Lenovo Thinkpad Pro Dock which has a female DisplayPort. This LG monitor comes with a male-male HDMI. In the instructions it says, using a Display port to HDMI converter may affect the monitor / resolution. Suggestions?”

• For some reason it only works well with an ACTIVE displayport to hdmi adapter...not sure why. Same thing for display port to vga...needs active adapter
